Wilson County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, arrange a release, post bond, obtain an official booking record, or decide whether a photograph is releasable. For those matters, contact the public office that created or maintains the record.
Official Wilson County contacts and record paths
Wilson County Sheriff’s Office and Jail
WCSO’s official contact page lists the Sheriff’s Office and jail-records route at:
105 East High Street
Lebanon, TN 37087
Main line: 615-444-1412
Jail custody routing: option 1
Records: option 2
Crime Stoppers: 615-444-5245
Use the official WCSO Jail Search for a county-custody lookup. The public portal may present a human-check screen. When a result is unavailable, use the jail option for custody-routing questions or records option 2 for a booking record or booking-photo request.
Criminal Justice Center and county hours
The county directory separately lists the Sheriff and Criminal Justice Center at 115 E High Street, Lebanon, TN 37087, with county-office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. That listing is not the same address as WCSO’s 105 East High Street contact page. Confirm the destination with the office before visiting.
County public-records coordinator
Wilson County Clerk
228 E Main Street, Room 101
Lebanon, TN 37087
615-444-0314
Weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The county public-records policy identifies the Clerk or designee as the coordinator but says the Sheriff’s Department has a separate policy. County policy fees are therefore not a promised WCSO fee. Ask WCSO records for the applicable Sheriff procedure, availability, fee, and delivery timing.
Use the page or system that fits the question
- Home is the site’s consolidated path for the official jail portal, recent 24-hour and 72-hour intake/release windows, a booking-record request, and Tennessee record-law context.
- Most Wanted Fugitives explains the official wanted route and directs warrant questions to WCSO or the court. A wanted entry is not proof of guilt.
- Crime News separates official releases from secondary reporting and does not replace a record custodian.
- For an incident associated with a city, use Mount Juliet Busted Mugshots, Lebanon Busted Mugshots, or Watertown Busted Mugshots to identify the city police records route and the county-custody distinction.
- For sentenced Tennessee custody or supervision, use the TDOC Felony Offender Information search. It is not a substitute for a current Wilson County Jail search.
- For federal custody, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate locator. For immigration custody or a limited recent-release search, use the ICE detainee locator.
- For the outcome of a local case, consult Wilson County Courts. Court records address disposition, while WCSO addresses county booking and custody.
