Search requests
A name, location, or other value entered into a partner search feature is sent to the independent provider that runs that feature. Wilson County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.

If you voluntarily send a message through a site contact channel, the message and the details included in it may be retained to respond. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Outside websites and public-records sources
The site links to WCSO jail tools, Wilson County Courts, Tennessee Department of Correction resources, federal locators, city resources, and independent search providers. Once you follow an external link, that organization’s privacy notice and terms control its handling of information. Wilson County Busted Mugshots does not control the content, availability, or data practices of another site.
Some advertising partners may use their own systems to observe activity across websites for interest-based advertising. Tennessee public-records requests are separate from this site’s privacy practices. Wilson County’s public-records policy cites the Tennessee Public Records Act, T.C.A. §§10-7-501 et seq.; it also states that the Sheriff’s Department has a separate policy.
